Chronor Warranty Policy

At Chronor, we are committed to delivering timepieces of exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Every Chronor watch is backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

  • Movement malfunctions (inaccurate timekeeping or mechanical failure)
  • Defective internal components
  • Manufacturing defects in the dial, hands, or crown

If a defect is confirmed, Chronor will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the watch at no cost, or
  • Replace it with the same or a comparable model

2. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading, aging)
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect
  • Water damage due to improper use or failure to secure the crown
  • Battery, strap, bracelet, or crystal wear/damage
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering

3. Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim:

  • Contact Chronor support at support@chronorwatches.us
  • Provide proof of purchase
  • Ship the product as instructed for inspection

If the issue is covered, repairs or replacement will be provided free of charge. If not covered, a paid repair option may be offered.

4. Warranty Period

  • Valid for 2 years from the date of purchase
  • Warranty is non-transferable
  • Replacements do not extend the original warranty period

5. Additional Terms

  • This warranty applies only to purchases made through authorized Chronor channels
  • Shipping costs may apply depending on location
  • Chronor is not liable for incidental or consequential damages

Chronor Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions below.

1. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Worn, used, or damaged items
  • Products that have been altered or modified

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

5. Refunds

  • Issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact our support team.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
