- How does the deposit work?
- Due to the amount of volume we have received, we want to make sure devoted customer get their hands on our watches. Once our website goes live you will recieve a discount code to your email for the amount you paid. This deposit can only be used for the watch you wanted to deposit for. So choose wisely...
- When will my pre-order ship?
- Order will ship 8-15 days after full payment is received. We make our watches from scratch, so expect a little buffer period
- Is my deposit refundable?
- Yes — your deposit is fully refundable any time before the batch goes live. Just contact our support team.
- How many watches are produced?
- Only 50 watches per model are produced in each batch to keep the collection limited and exclusive.
- What is your warranty?
- At Chronor, we stand behind the quality of our timepieces. Every watch is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase
- What is your return policy?
- Unworn watches in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
